Bare Paws Puppy Yoga – Terms & Conditions

By booking and attending a Bare Paws Puppy Yoga session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through the official Bare Paws Puppy Yoga booking system.
Your place is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.
Tickets are subject to availability and sessions have a limited number of places.
The ticket price applies to the age category selected at the time of booking.
Please ensure that all booking information provided is accurate, including the attendee's name, age and contact details.

2. Age Requirements

Adults: Participants aged 17 years and over may attend as adult participants.
Kids & Teens: Participants aged 7–16 must attend in accordance with the supervision requirements stated at the time of booking.
Toddlers: Children aged 2–6 may attend only with a responsible accompanying adult.
Children must remain under the supervision of their parent, guardian or accompanying responsible adult throughout the session.
Children must not be left unattended at the venue.

3. Puppy Yoga & Animal Welfare

Puppy Yoga sessions are designed to provide a fun and enjoyable experience while prioritising the welfare, safety and comfort of the puppies.
Puppies may freely move around the studio during the session and may approach, interact with or move away from participants.
Participants must treat all puppies gently and respectfully.
Participants must follow all instructions given by the Bare Paws Puppy Yoga team and staff.
Puppies must not be picked up, restrained, chased, frightened or handled roughly unless specifically instructed or permitted by a member of staff.
If a puppy shows signs of discomfort, tiredness or distress, participants must allow the puppy space and follow staff instructions.
The organisers reserve the right to remove a participant from interaction with the puppies if their behaviour is considered unsafe, inappropriate or distressing to an animal.

4. Participant Safety

Puppy Yoga involves physical activity and interaction with animals and therefore carries certain inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to, trips, falls, scratches, accidental knocks, bites, allergic reactions and other minor injuries.
Participants attend and take part in the session at their own risk.
Participants must inform the Bare Paws team before the session of any relevant allergies, physical limitations or other circumstances that may affect their participation.
Anyone with a known allergy to dogs or animals should carefully consider whether attending is appropriate and seek medical advice where necessary.
Participants must follow all reasonable safety instructions provided by staff.

5. Personal Belongings

Bare Paws Puppy Yoga is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought to the venue. Please keep valuables secure and bring only essential items with you.

6. Arrival & Late Attendance

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
Late arrival may result in delayed entry or limited participation in order to avoid disturbing the puppies, instructors or other participants.
If you arrive late, please enter the session quietly and follow the instructions of the Bare Paws team.
Late arrival does not automatically entitle you to a refund or transfer.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your booked session, please contact Bare Paws Puppy Yoga as soon as possible.
Where possible, we may offer a transfer or rescheduling option, subject to availability and the applicable booking terms.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice may result in the ticket being forfeited.
Any cancellation or refund entitlement will be subject to the cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking.

8. Changes to Sessions

Bare Paws Puppy Yoga reserves the right to change the session time, date, venue, instructor or other session details when reasonably necessary. If a significant change is made, affected customers will be contacted using the contact details provided during booking.

9. Puppy Welfare & Session Changes

The health and welfare of the puppies is our priority. If a puppy becomes unwell, unavailable or if circumstances arise that could affect the puppies' welfare, Bare Paws Puppy Yoga may modify, postpone or cancel a session.

Where a session is cancelled by Bare Paws Puppy Yoga, customers will be contacted regarding the available options, which may include transferring the booking to another session or receiving a refund, where applicable.

10. Photography & Video

Photography and video may take place during Bare Paws Puppy Yoga sessions for promotional and social media purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional photography or video, please notify a member of the Bare Paws team before the session begins.

Parents or guardians should also notify the team if they do not wish their child to appear in promotional photography or video.

11. Behaviour

Bare Paws Puppy Yoga aims to provide a safe, friendly and enjoyable environment for everyone.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask a participant to leave if their behaviour is aggressive, disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate or harmful to other participants, staff or animals.

In such circumstances, a refund may not be provided.

12. Liability

By attending a Bare Paws Puppy Yoga session, you acknowledge that interaction with animals and participation in physical activities carries inherent risks.

To the extent permitted by law, Bare Paws Puppy Yoga will not be responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from a participant's failure to follow reasonable safety instructions or these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Website & Booking Information

Bare Paws Puppy Yoga reserves the right to update session information, prices, availability and these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

The Terms & Conditions applicable to your booking are those in effect at the time you make your booking, unless a change is required by law or is otherwise communicated to you.

14. Acceptance of These Terms

By completing a booking and attending a Bare Paws Puppy Yoga session, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
The information provided during booking is accurate.
You agree to follow the instructions of Bare Paws Puppy Yoga staff.
You understand the potential risks associated with physical activity and interaction with puppies.
You agree to respect the welfare, safety and comfort of the puppies, other participants and staff.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not complete the booking.
